The fully enclosed Linear Module sliding table is mainly composed of aluminum body, diagonal bearing fixing seat, cover plate, sliding seat and other components. High-precision linear guide pair, aluminum alloy moving seat is installed on the slider, the middle of the moving seat is connected with the nut of the ball screw, the motor drives the sliding seat to reciprocate through the screw, and the diagonal bearing fixed seat can ensure the repeatability of the moving seat. With the positioning accuracy, the flexible stainless steel belt is sealed on the movable seat, and the whole can meet the requirements of dust-free grade.
