The fully enclosed Linear Slide Module is mainly composed of aluminum body, diagonal bearing fixing seat, cover plate, sliding seat and other components. The Linear Module adopts corrosion-resistant and high-strength aluminum alloy material as the base, and a high-precision straight line is installed in the base. The guide rail pair, the aluminum alloy movable seat is installed on the slider, the middle of the movable seat is connected to the synchronous belt, the motor drives the sliding seat to reciprocate through the synchronous wheel, and the high-precision synchronous wheel and synchronous belt can ensure the repeatability and positioning accuracy of the movable seat. The flexible stainless steel belt is sealed on the movable seat, and the whole can meet the requirements of dust-free grade.

CB series is driven by synchronous belt, with fast speed, equipped with servo motor up to 2000mm/s, repeatability: ±0.04, synchronous belt module is especially suitable for high-speed motion requirements.
