1. It is forbidden to use it under the possibility of magnetoelectric interference. In places where there is electromagnetic, electrostatic discharge, and wireless magnetic wave interference, do not use incorrect operations that may cause danger.
2. If the motor is taken out, the upper and lower shafts may fall off. Cut off the power supply of the controller. Please block the upper and lower peripheral shafts with a stand when taking out the motor. Please be careful not to let your body be caught between the upper and lower peripheral driving parts, the upper and lower shafts and the stand.
3. The design operation of the terminal effect is to prevent the power (electricity, air pressure, etc.) from disappearing or impulse to cause danger. The terminal effect will be dangerous when the clamped object falls, which is the size, weight, temperature, and chemistry of the object. For surveys of the nature, appropriate safety inspection and protective measures shall be taken.
4. It is forbidden to use in any flammable gas environment. Do not use in flammable gases, flammable powders, flammable liquids, etc., as there is a possibility of explosion or fire.
5. If the brake is released, the upper and lower shafts may slide down. Before releasing the brake, press the emergency stop button and block the upper and lower shafts with a table. When releasing the brake, please take care not to be caught between the upper and lower shafts and the stand.
The labyrinth-type electric sliding table structure design can better prevent foreign objects from falling into the module, and the module has a certain degree of protection. It also effectively prevents dust from falling into the guide rails, screw rods, bearings and other rolling functional components and damages it, and it also effectively prevents grease from being thrown out when the screw rods in the module rotate.
